Weekly Recurring Event Pricing
Our mission is to provide unforgettable experiences for your patrons, and we're thrilled to present our current rates for our weekly services.
As a testament to our commitment to your success, we include FREE weekly geographically targeted social media marketing as part of our service. Our team of Meta Marketing experts will ensure your events receive the attention they deserve on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. This helps significantly drive traffic to your establishment.
Additionally, we can include print display advertising for your establishment at no additional charge. If you'd like us to create and display eye-catching promotions for your event, simply let us know, and we'll take care of the rest.
Our pricing is designed to fit seamlessly into your budget while delivering top-notch entertainment:
- $225 for Traditional Bingo (inclusive of all supplies & coupons, except tangible prizes)
- $275 for DJ/Karaoke on Sunday – Friday mornings
- $300 for DJ/Karaoke on Friday evenings or anytime on Saturdays
- Discounts are available if you sign up for more than one day each week. For one-off events, we will continue to provide customized pricing tailored to your specific needs.
- We also understand the importance of convenience, so we're excited to announce our streamlined payment process. To better serve you, we have transitioned to accepting only automated payments. You can choose between secure credit card payments or the simplicity of ACH/e-check. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash or paper checks.
- If there is any additional documentation you require, such as proof of insurance, a W9 form, weekly invoices, or monthly statements, please don't hesitate to let us know. We're here to make your administrative tasks as easy as possible.

- There are no additional charges for equipment setup and breakdown.
- Setup and breakdown occur approximately one (1) hour before and after your event.
- This time does not reduce your requested number of service hours.
Many other custom pricing options are available. Just ask!
All package prices assume:
- A 50% deposit to hold your date, time, and package. Your balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
- The setup area(s) is flat and accessible with 3 or less stairs or is completely elevator accessible.
- You will provide covered shelter during outdoor events (i.e., tent pavilion, etc.).
- You (or your venue) will provide a rectangle 6-foot-wide table for our use.
- Parking will be provided, within reasonable distance to setup location.
